2020 Full Roast Tie Guan Yin Oolong

He has been getting harder and harder to find roasted TGY. Greener TGY has been favoured inside and outside China but in the last few years has become less popular. I believe this is why we have managed to source a few KG of roasted TGY. The beauty of this tea is all in the roast and its creation is an art. One fluff up during processing will cause unwonted flavours and a tainted tea. The Base material of this offering is quite standard but the roast at self is fairly good. No need to worry too much about storage with this tea. As it’s a roasted it will taste good for 18 months or more.
