An accelerated fermented pu-erh from 2016. The tea has a nice earthy flavor and can be served very often.

This organic Pu Erh is a fermented tea. The picked leaves are placed in a pile under controlled conditions. The space is kept moist and warm for a few months so that the leaf will ferment. A rotting process under the influence of microorganisms.

It has to be done the right way, wrongly fermented Pu Erh tastes somewhat fishy. The correct flavor description would be an earthy taste, soothing to the stomach so also nice with food.

Pu Erh is either liked by most people or not liked at all, there is not really a middle ground. Popular with people who want to start drinking more tea instead of coffee.
