A delicious jasmine pearl. Put about 6 to 10 in your glass, add hot water and you're done! The pearls sink to the bottom. If you have almost finished the tea and the taste becomes a bit bitter, add hot water for the second time.

The base is a green tea which is rolled into small pearls after picking. Jasmine blossom is picked from May through September and then used to scent the pearls. Depending on how often it is done, this process determines the final result. The more often scented, the more intense the fragrance and flavor. This grade of jasmine pearls is scented 5 times with fresh jasmine blossom.

So it's a natural and artisanal way of giving a tea an added flavor.
